Brotherhood Leadership Initiative
The overarching engagement framework that fosters brotherhood, leadership, service, mentorship, and sustained participation among active and alumni Brothers.
The Race for GLOAT · Greatest Line of All Time
The Line Drive is Project Uplift’s annual fundraising campaign within the Chapter Games—the competitive arm of the Brotherhood Leadership Initiative. Together, Lines, Brothers, families, friends, and community supporters will raise $15,000 for scholarships, mentorship, and career readiness.

Why it matters
The Line Drive is bigger than fundraising. It reconnects Brothers to one another, activates wider networks, and strengthens collective ownership of Project Uplift’s work.
Nearly 200 donors participated in the 2025 campaign, contributing approximately $12,000. In 2026, we are building on that momentum with a focused September campaign and a $15,000 goal.
How it all connects
The Brotherhood Leadership Initiative connects year-round brotherhood and leadership engagement to visible competition, fundraising, and recognition.
The overarching engagement framework that fosters brotherhood, leadership, service, mentorship, and sustained participation among active and alumni Brothers.
The competitive arm and front-end engagement engine, creating energy and connection through shared challenges and friendly competition.
The peer-to-peer fundraising campaign that converts that energy into support for Project Uplift’s scholarships, mentorship, and career-readiness work.
The initiative culminates during Homecoming, Friday, October 30 through Sunday, November 1, 2026, with recognition of participants and the crowning of Chapter Games champions.
Lead your Line
The primary competitors are Lines—such as Spring 1999—fundraising together through one shared Donorbox page. Each Line names one Captain to own page updates and coordinate the team. Independent Community Fundraisers are welcome too.
Project Uplift provides campaign-wide storytelling, training, and support. Registered fundraisers make the direct asks within their own networks, follow up personally, and thank the people who respond.
Line onboarding
Brothers fundraise together from the same Line page. A designated Line Captain maintains the page while every participant shares it with their own network.
Choose one page owner and one backup contact. The Captain receives the Donorbox invitation and is responsible for edits. Do not share account passwords across the Line.
Provide the Line designation, Captain contact information, a Line image, a short statement of purpose, and the Line’s fundraising goal.
The Captain accepts the invitation, adds the approved image and story, sets the Line goal, and sends the page to Project Uplift for a quick pre-launch check.
Project Uplift confirms the unique page link. Every Brother on the Line uses that same link in email, text, social posts, and outreach throughout September.
Donorbox creates a page for the invited fundraiser. Because a Line is sharing one page, the Line Captain should be the single editor. Teammates send requested updates to the Captain rather than sharing credentials or receiving access to Project Uplift’s organization account.
Ways to participate
Line teams are the heart of the campaign. Community Fundraisers give friends, family, alumni, and other supporters a way to lead even when they are not affiliated with a participating Line.
Brothers share one Line fundraising page, one Line goal, and one coordinated campaign. The Line Captain maintains the page; the full team drives outreach.

Become a Community FundraiserEvery gift matters. Every donor strengthens the Line.
Homecoming registration is open for Friday, October 30 through Sunday, November 1, 2026. The initiative culminates in recognition during the Annual Meeting at Homecoming, where Chapter Games champions are crowned.
